High School

McKinley graduated from Webster City High School in 1999. He attended his junior year of High School in Arequipa, Peru while he was a Rotary foreign exchange student.

A.A. Degree- Methodist College- Fayetteville, NC

From 2001-2004 McKinley attended Methodist College in Fayetteville, NC at night when his military service permitted. In December of 2004 he received an A.A. with a concentration in Spanish from the institution.

B.A. Degree from the University of Iowa

McKinley began attending the University of Iowa in January of 2005 and graduated in May 2006 with a B.A. in International Studies. His area of Concentration was in International Business. While attending the University McKinley interned with Bentonisa S.A., a publicly held mineral refining and distribution company located in Joao Pessoa, Brazil.

McKinley is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
